Clare at Plymouth railway station was professional, friendly incredibly approachable and went over and above chatting and giving me local information for my stay. If you have a reward and recognition scheme I would like to nominate Clare for her outstanding performance in a limited space and time

It's a really nice train station cafe. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. Coffee is quite enjoyable and they cater for non dairy drinkers as well. George (manager) is a credit to the company.

A wonderful little cafe with friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. The chocolate croissants and other pastries are fresh, warm and melt in the mouth. The location right within the train station is super convenient. Lovely place!
Was given a warm welcome on entering the cafe. Our orders were taken professionally and the two staff members (George and Gill) were very friendly, smiley and accommodating. Very friendly staff. We had an iced chocolate coffee and a salted caramel iced coffee, they were both delicious and very good size for the price. Overall very happy with my experience and we were served by the lovely Tamsyn🤍 thank you 😊
I came late on a bitterly cold day with stocks of fresh food running down due a rail strike tomorrow. Staff sorted me out with my 1st ever panini and advised a fair price with the meal deal.

George was amazing, he was very friendly and was working very hard. He was professional, helpful and kind. He also seemed to enjoy his job and gave a very positive start to our day. Customer service was clearly his thing. Will defiantly return.
Lovely cafe. Friendly staff. Love the bulberry muffins. And I’m allowed to take in my dog when he’s coming on the train with me, so I can still get my takeaway tea 😍
