This morning, around 9:45 I went in for my weekly bucket of munchkins and cold brew. The girl who took my order was friendly and efficient but I am here to give praise to a girl who helped with my order. She had pink/purple hair and was super nice, very hard working and professional. Her service deserved more than my tip so here is my kuddos to her.

Staff is very rude and dismissive. I am an employee at another location and I am speechless at the disrespectful customer service i just experienced at the drive thru window. Employees focused on cellphones and socializing and are refusing to sell an additional cup. Unhappy customer.
