Located in the center of DTP (downtown Plymouth). Great location, but parking is down the block, if you can’t get a street spot. So bundle up in the winter! Prices $$. Food is good though. Soups, salads & sandwiches & coffee are all good.

Standard Panera menu. Good choices and tasty. Staff are a little distant. Sometimes the wait send longer than necessary. Generally keep the tables clean but sometimes seen to get behind on servicing the tables and the tray/bowl collection spots. Very convenient in downtown Plymouth. No parking at the restaurant except for a couple of street spaces.

This my second time here and both times my experience has been below average. One time I came in just for a bakery item which was claimed to be fresh but definitely did not taste that way (it was very crumbly). The most recent visit I ordered a Caprese to go. They had just set the bag on the pick up counter without announcing my name, so it sat there for almost ten minutes as I was waiting on the bench, and I wouldn't have known because you couldn't see it from the bench. On top of that the sandwich was just okay and kind of tasted like meat, which is not so great especially if you're a vegetarian. I will definitely think again before ordering food from this location, especially with the cross-contamination.

I used to love this place, but it has gone down lately. Recently I noticed that pagers are empty so you can't use the kiosks or the kiosks are closed. The overall store seems not properly cleaned such as really full tray returns although the store seems fairly empty. Last time we left and went to the location at Plymouth because they didn't even have a noodle soup anymore. I hope it gets better. The staff is always friendly but it's just not as cozy as it was.

The food is always good. I had a grain bowl and it was delicious and filling. My friend had a BLT and the serving was very ample. She took half home to eat later. I will go there again.

We like the menu offerings at Panera but they are sorely lacking in cleaning the tables the seating areas the floors. Etc. Waiting until the end of the day to clean is not adequate. Dedicated cleaning persons is not too much to ask. Clean food deserves a clean place to eat it!

Took my four girls to dinner tonight and enjoyed a great meal! One of the delivery drivers helped bring food to the table and got my daughters a treat. It was so kind of him and made my night of solo parenting easier and a little happier.

I love Panera I actually had it yesterday. I ordered a broccoli cheese soup. The soup was great! I didn't like that the bread was stale. Normally when I go it's warm and not hard and cold. It was a bit dirty in the sitting areas. But when we walked out a worker was sweeping.
