Excellent. Wonderful food and charming service. I have been fortunate enough to have eaten there on several occasions and it really is a wonderful place to eat.
I've been to Tokyo twice and have been in search of truly authentic Japanese food ever since (or as close to the real thing). I went here today on a recommendation from a friend and WOW - what a place! The bento box was amazing. So delicious and the sushi was as good, if not better than being in Tokyo itself. Price was extremely reasonable and the staff are very clearly, incredibly passionate about their food. I will be back as soon as I can! Highly recommended.

Lovely food at reasonable price. We ordered 3 meals as you can see from the pictures, to share with 2 people and it was plenty.
The okonomiyaki is crispy on the outside and very yummy.
We loved their drinks too, especially the yuzu float.
We are glad to find a restaurant that puts thought into their drinks menu too. Will be back again when in the city.

First time visiting. I had the teriyaki udon noodles. Amazing portion size and loved the quirky chopsticks. Nice to visit an Asian restaurant with out having to use the disposable wooden ones.
Fantastic little Japanese food vendor in middle of Plymouth Market. Food is all cooked fresh to order and is absolutely amazing. Very reasonably priced for the wonderful quality level. Very happy family. Will definitely eat there again next time in Plymouth. Do not hesitate to visit.

Was craving Pepper Lunch so I wanted to try their teppanyaki! The sauce was exactly the way I wanted it to taste, and the beef was slightly crispy 🤤 The portion of rice was large for me but as a university student it’s great since I could bring the leftovers home for dinner. The only thing that would make it even better would be some cheese and egg in the rice~ I got a set meal, and the ham and cheese croquette was also very delicious. I also loved the cute chopsticks that came in turquoise or red, with different images on each 🥰 The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was lovely talking to them (*´꒳`*) The only negatives are that the green tea could taste better and the bar stools were a little low for the table counter.
edit: went again today and the tea has been improved! It tastes better when honey is added 🥳 Will definitely come back to try the okonomiyaki next time!
I was walking through the indoor market when I saw this place serves okonomiyaki, which I have wanted to try for a long time...and it did not disappoint! The flavours were everything I hoped for. The cooks were so friendly too, I will definitely be going back to try the other dishes 😁
