If you don`t pay attention you`ll miss this place because it doesn't draw your eye BUT don`t let this fool you!! This is a hidden gem ; the food is absolutely amazing!! It is delicious, beautifuly presented and served in plentiful portions and reasonably priced, too. I had an extremely delicious “coffee lovers“ coffee (I think is called floater coffee). I had something like that a few years ago in Spain!
If that wasn't enough, the staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms are clean and very...homely (wet wipes, towels, quality hand wash and toilet paper).

We turned up after a dreadful experience at The Crumplehorn pub at nearly 7 o'clock (I believe that's The Polmarys closing time) asking for a table for 6 and a dog. Was instantly made incredibly welcome, served a drink whilst waiting, chatting to very friendly staff who then gave us dog treats for the pooch. Then came the food. AMAZING. Great menu, wonderful home cooked food. If get the chance have the fish pie, it was incredible.
Made so welcome, this place went out of its way to accommodate us. Highly recommended.

A sunny summer's day spent exploring Polperro and rounded out with a tasty meal at the Polmary. The staff were excellent and the food was all freshly prepared. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Went there on a sunny afternoon in Polperro in the summer holidays. Got a table on the terrace, friendly waitress service, watched the world go by and had a lovely afternoon Cornish cream tea.
The 2 children loved their really bendy straws that came with their drinks. :-)
Would heartily recommend.
