Nice little place. £6.50 for cream tea with 2 scones. They were light and tasty, as was the cream and jam. Can sit outside and watch the world go by. Owner very friendly, would happily come again.
The cream tea was delicious and the owner was more than happy to go over ingredients to help one of our party who has severe food allergies to check that everything was safe. They also have vegan options.

We had a nice pot tea and the scone, cream and jam was lovely. The staff were friendly and polite It was nice to find such a quaint little place to eat. And it even had a public toilet. I look forward to going back next time I'm in Cornwall.
Brilliant home made scones jam & cream. Brilliant service. Brilliant place for afternoon tea any time 5X recomendation. Hope to call again before we return home.

Had an amazing time here, very Covid safe. Guy that runs it you can tell enjoys his work, very chatty (if talk to him, but doesn't just talk at you). HIGHLY recommended. Very reasonably priced and scones are amazing.
I been there for the first time with my family and I had a great time, the scone was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent, we served by Justin, he was very friendly. If you want to enjoy a delicious scone and a great service you should visit beand and scone, I recommend to everyone.

Absolutely delightful! The best cream tea we’ve ever had and the chap running the tea room was so pleasant and friendly, it really was a great find.
It’s a real shame I didn’t manage to take any photos. But this little place is so cute and welcoming. We just sat and had a cold drink and cookie. While people watching. It’s one of those places you could just talk and talk and sit there and just to chill right now. It has outdoor seating and indoors! 😁

Visited pelparo on the way home from Cornwall, called into this lovely little place for hot drinks and light snack , the host was delightful and served up lovely home made scones , well worth a visit, and safely paramount in the running of the place
Had some lovely takeaway pizzas. Cooked perfectly. Easy to order. Lovely staff. Not cheap, but that's expected.
