This has been our local whilst on holiday in Polruan. Absolutely top notch pub with super friendly service, a fantastic atmosphere and brilliantly well kept real ales. Highly recommended!

Last bus from polperro got in at 6 on a Friday . The barman, Jack, let us get a takeaway fish and chips even though 10 minutes after takeaway hours.. Best fish and chips ever. Perfect portion and seasoning and perfect harbour view

End of season, booked table excellent meal, atmosphere and chit chat with staff. It was so good it felt like they laid on a boat launch for us. Would definitely recommend you take a visit.

The service is a little slow but the food is delicious so it’s worth it the bartender Charlie is friendly and cheerful really ads to the atmosphere I haven’t stayed in there rooms but the pictures look lovely

Just arrived in Polruan and decided to grab fish and chips from the takeaway counter. Took 40 minutes to come (they were very busy) but was well worth the wait. Honestly the best fish and chips I think I've ever had.

Best fish and chips! Very welcoming of families and accommodated our picky eaters! Lucy was fantastic with our kids... would recommend a visit!

We loved our stay here. The rooms have been renovated and are just delightful- ours was room 4 with large bathroom en suite. Excellent fish and chips in restaurant.

Great atmosphere, with kind staff and delicious food. We had the chicken burger and muscles, they were both delicious, especially the chicken burger! Would definitely recommend!
