Had a meal there last Saturday, we didn’t have a reservation but they found a table for the 4 of us.
The service was quick & efficient & the food was really tasty, would definitely go back if in Pontefract
Came for a New Year's eve meal. We had a 15 minute wait for our pre-booked table but it was worth the wait and understandable with it being NYE. The food was lovely, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Will definitely be visiting again for a meal or takeaway!
Good food, service was a little slow from ordering to food being brought out but overall a very good restaurant. We where aware it was not licenced so took our own beers and wine, I feel they could offer to recycle your empty bottles but does not lessen the experience just a personal opinion
Hands down this is the best Indian in Pontefract, and I've not found anything as good nearby either. The food is very reasonably priced with good sized portions, the service is friendly and at the right pace. Give it a try!
We went on New Year’s Eve. The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was good! And service was great! Will defiantly be going again!

First time here. We came to see friends who kindly booked us a table here. Wow food was amazing service was first class staff were attentive but without being a nuisance. Absolutely loved everything about it. Would highly recommend. We will be visiting Ponte again and we’ll definitely be coming here

Popped in for an impromptu tea & we weren't disappointed. Lovely food & really friendly staff. Great menu choices, I've not had anything yet that I haven't enjoyed. Bring your own alcohol, they serve soft drinks only.
