Terrific food (steaks) stopped off here after a day of hiking in the Brecons. Good service, we were offered Free curry that looked and smelt divine but already decided needed a steak!
Food was a solid pub fare offering and a narrow but good choice of ales, but the stand out was Gail who makes the atmosphere; stellar!!
Lovely food and service, burger the best I had in a long time. When sitting outside you have a lovely view of the mountains. This is the same mountain where the Brecon Mountain Railway track is. Best view during sunny day.

I have to say, the food was exceptional. A family meal, with 6 adults, and 3 children. Excellent menu, that catered for everyone.
Very clean and the service was spot on.

Lovely place, incredible food. The staff were extra accommodating but it was a shame they closed the kitchen without telling us so we missed dessert

Recently refurbished, looks so beautiful inside and has a lovely beer garden to enjoy the views.
Very friendly owners. We cycled around the area and ended up here quite late. The food was very tasty and we'll cooked. We asked if there were any bunks free and we were able to get the last two. Linen was nice and clean as we're the toilets/showers. Definitely recommend.
We received such a warm welcome here. We booked in for dinner as we were staying a few miles away. The landlord and serving staff (and dog) were super friendly. Great local beer on tap, food choices were just what we wanted after a day of walking.
