We've ordered from Saffron a few times now and the food has always been outstanding. Good portion sizes, great flavour, always quick and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely some of the best curry I've ever had

I ordered today for the first time and will be ordering again. I had a cracking chicken vindaloo and the Mrs had a tikka masala with rice and naans. You can see the cooks doing your food. Only downside was we tried to order online but it didn’t work, it was all sorted over the phone.

Used saffron for the first time yesterday had a really good chat with the young lad serving really knows his stuff all the staff are so friendly and the vindaloo was absolutely stunning will definitely be back

Absolutely stunning. I love this place, every time we are in pontypridd my son begs me to come to Saffron. He loves the open kitchen watching the staffs cooking our meal fresh. I love the concept. Amazing food thank you to the team for always providing outstanding food. See you soon

Amazing food, friendly staff, always punctual.
Well priced. They ALWAYS tell you the price before you leave the house over the phone. I have now unfortunately left Pontypridd, but I’m happy to carry out the drive to get food instead of going anywhere else!

First time trying their food and it was amazing. You can watch your food being cooked which was so satisfying to watch. I wish they can teach me. Friendly staffs and clean kitchen. I highly recommend.

Probably the best Indian in ponty, you can watch them cooking your food which is always a comfort, been there many times, the staff are excellent and very helpful. Usually have the garlic and chilli masala but have tried other things off the menu. Aloo chat is nice, also the coconut naan is lovely would highly recommend 👍

Had our first takeaway from Saffron last night. I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I needed to. Ordered via their website and the food was ready to collect within 20 minutes. We live around 5 - 10 minutes from Pontypridd but when my husband got home with the food it was still piping hot. Flavoursome dishes, not at all oily and excellent quality meat. The whole family agreed that it was the best Indian takeaway we have ever had and we will continue to order from Saffron in the future. Added bonus - nice staff :-)

Had my first Saffron last night and it was beautiful. Ordered while I was there and I was only waiting 20 minutes and in that time could see everything being cooked fresh. The food was extremely flavoursome and I had lamb Rogan, normally you can find the meat quite fatty but not here! Highly recommended and will definitely be going here again. Also I'd definitely recommend the onion bhajis!
