Great atmosphere,busy but vastly improved since our last visit ...roast potatoes were crispy this time!! Meat was great and plenty of veg to chose from🎉

Myself and my husband, decided to go out for dinner after another restaurant let us down, we were seated promptly, and Jessica our server served us our drinks within minutes, great service, great food and amazing staff. Jessica really made us feel welcome, she's lovely and a credit to the company.

Went here for an evening meal didn’t book but was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the check in desk. The restaurant was full but the member of staff gave us have a table near the bar what was fine considering it was busy there and we didn’t book.
Couldn't fault any of the staff, everyone we encountered was friendly, the carvery was £9.99 and you can help yourself and go back for more veg if needed! Would recommend and would happily go back there :)

we like the toby on a Wednesday . as the meat is fresh 9 times of 10. we would come more but you don't do the vouchers very often. i now you do the meal deal . but the puddings are limited.

Good welcome, very helpful quick table service by a lovely young lady.
Nothing too much trouble.
Cauliflower cheese pretty insipid. Not sure if there was any cheese in there!
No enough green veg.

Great location and easy to find. Me and my friends had a great time. The food was delicious plenty of choices. Really good atmosphere and amazing customer service from Aaron Smith at the bar who went extra mile to help us with drinks and food. Definitely will be back

The food was great. Our server summer was very friendly and spoke to us about our interests not just food, getting to know the customers. Would definitely recommend especially if they are your server

Exceptionally rude barmen. I am elderly, age 76. I use a cane to get about. I am also diabetic. My friend asked quite nicely would it be possible to get a childs portion for me. I was not hungry, I only needed to take medication. He became sarcastic and said "Well, I will do it this time, but don't ask again". I wanted to leave but my friend was quite hungry. I understand their policy, but don't be rude. Either do it, or not. But no lectures from a 20 something snot. We will NEVER return. We spent 20 pounds. Your loss for the future.

Overall it was a lovely experience.
Staff were friendly, food was delicious and the restaurant / Bar was clean and well-kept.
Only drawback was that the toilets were not particularly clean & hand-dryer was not working.

Popped down to collect a too good to go order, the staff were polite and friendly, and I received a generous portion of food that was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be going again.

Out of nowhere we decided to go to Toby Carvery today, me 8 members of my family had an amazing experience here the food was delicious the staff was amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us really really pleasantly

Josh, Aaron and Summer were absolutely lovely, I was greeted at the door with big smiles and warm welcomes and had some fabulous chats with them. The carvery was absolutely lovely, gammon and the beef cooked to perfection as always, although it’s a shame about there being no green beans. 😁

Can’t fault Toby Carvery Poole, came in here for a work dinner and drink. Was seated at the table for our booking time without problems, service was great and there was no delay. Quality of food was fantastic. Staff provided service with a smile and a friendly attitude which always goes a long way and creates a great atmosphere.

Easy to book on line. Food was plentiful, hot and very nice. Price for two people with one refillable drink and two desserts was very reasonable, which is very appropriate in today’s economic climate. Staff were cheerful and polite. Seating area was clean and tidy - would definitely visit again.
