Great value for money, my daughter loved every minute! It came to £8.50 for both me and her, this was for 2 hours! The staff (Maddy) are really friendly and couldn’t be any more helpful. Definitely one for a rainy or cold day!

Lots of freindly staff and great food. Ice rink is no longer there, but the pottery painting that has replaced it is fun for all ages. Best service is during the quieter hours

Large cafe. There is a separate area inside which is dog friendly. The menu is adequate but not very large. I ordered a panini but was served a bagette. There is a pottery making area on site too. Also a kids indoor soft play area. Outside is playground and sandpit.

Lovely play area when it's not packed the bigger kids tend to fly around not considering the younger children. Also now costs £9.50 for my 3 year old to play for 2 hours, used to be cheaper needs to be more limited when busy

Not much to offer in lockdown but once everything is back to normal it's great for kids and you can get a cuppa and a cake. Good location lovely view

You have just got to love the Ark, it's a place for the whole family to enjoy. They have as indoor medium ice rink, mostly for the younger generation. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating. Plenty of room for wheelchair access. Their rest rooms are kept to a high standard. The Only negative thing I can say is that it's a bit pricey, although the food is of a high standard. They have a great breakfast menu, also a children's breakfast, which I found was good value for money. They have a large free carpark & in my view is well worth a visit.

Nice cafe. Only had a toasted teacake, but came with plenty of butter and jam. Great service from the staff. Lovely place for the kids to have a tea party.

A great play area for younger children. However it is expensive. One child, two hot drinks and a fruitshoot drink over £17.00. Plus n ice lolly at £2.20 I just have a dislike for places that have a captive clientelle over charging for basics. So if you have more than one child be prepared to part with a lot of money. Can't fault the staff though, very friendly and helpful.

Stopped off at Poole Park while out for the day and found The Ark by accident and it's cafe, had Jacket Potato with tuna. Great service and good value, child friendly with soft play and pottery painting on site
