Had a lovely lunch here while waiting to see a film. The restaurant looks very good with well designed seating and decor. Love the beer bottle lights! Had a very good attentive waitress and the food was tasty and had a good kick to it. Have eaten at another branch at Staples Corner in London and have never been disappointed.
What a change. About a year back I had a terrible experience here. It wasn't until my other half suggested we go back.
All the food was perfect. Literally nothing was wrong. The nicest onion rings I have ever had and the burger was very nice.
If you've changed your chef the they are worth keeping.
Staff were helpful and welcoming, food was really flavoursome, portion could be slightly bigger ( I got 3 tacos for 10.99). Children's menu was great with varied options and well priced. Overall a good place for a family dine out. P.s used my student discount 25% off. Amazing.
Love some old menu food!! New menu is fantastic as well, but sometimes just like to remember the old Chiquito plates - superb!! Team always promptly to run an extra mile for us and that make us feel really welcome !!
Excellent experience throughout, service was exceptional and food delicious. Fantastic drinks and food options to suit all tastes, can recommend the Beef Short Rib fajita option, which features in the attached photo.
Our waitress Claudia was very attentive throughout, despite the restaurant being extremely busy.

Nice restaurant with good service. Food is not the best, quite ordinary, the taste is not something that will blow you away. Prices are ok in comparison with the food and service. It had a nice atmosphere which I think is the main reason for people coming there. I recommend visiting them once in 2-3 months to see if they would change the food and put some more flavor in it.

They were busy but my party of 4 only waited 3 minutes to be seated. The staff were welcoming and polite. We really enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails. Although they did run out of pineapple juice. The food was excellent and our waiter was fantastic. Good value for money and great range on menu. I strongly recommend Chiquito.

I went here with my girlfriend after bowling one night and had an amazing experience. The food was great and I just wanted to say a special thank you to Ben, our waiter, who made the whole meal 100X better. Couldn't recommend enough.
Visited with the in-laws tonight, we are regular visitors anyway so thought we would show them what they were missing! As usual, did not disappoint! And the highlight of our visit was our server, Ben. Wow, what a refreshing breath of air it was to be served by such a pleasant, happy member of staff, especially during the stressful festive season! He couldn't do enough for us and even though he was rushed off his feet, and I saw he was struggling a couple of times, he always had a smile on his face and had enough time for a laugh and a conversation too. Give that man a raise 🙌
We went tonight as it was my son's birthday. We had wanted to go for a long time, however we'd been put off by the reviews. But, I now believe that these bad reviews were written by board, miserable people. We had the BEST time!! The food was brilliant, hot, cooked how we asked, all the meals and desserts delivered at the same time!! Great price!! Just a overall ACE!! And a big special thank you to BEN who looked after as a true professional. Nothing we asked was to difficult!!

We were late walk ins, but not rushed or pushed to leave early. Ben was lovely, and professional. Only downside was the young girl on bar. Drinking on shift, not all correct menus given, and generally seemed she did not want to be there. Food was awesome, as always, and cocktails lush
Went to Chiquito ad hoc with my husband and children; we wanted to go somewhere different after we had gone bowling to celebrate my husband's birthday. We hadn't booked and being Valentine's evening we were not hopeful to get a table, but as we were very kindly greeted and told that a table would be available within 1/2 hour, even possibly less; we were advised to go to the bar for drinks, and as we were being served our cocktails, we were informed our table was ready! The food was fantastic, even if it took a little while to get to us, but we were kept informed and checked upon at all times! So overall, great experience.
