Zoe is just super friendly each time I see her, I know her from previous stores too, she's always willing to have a chat if there's time and always so polite , nothing is too much trouble.. great cold drinks made by her too 💗
Called in today, and Maisie made me and my wife's lattes, we have drank in costa all over the UK, it was by far the best we have had. She even bought the drinks to our table. Give the girl a promotion

The area manager of the Poole store has a nice laptop. When I sat next to him I asked him about tea infusion and he didn't have a clue what I was on about. Was funny to see how training goes a long way.

Probably the friendliest and most helpful Costa I've been too. Perfect for an early start with a decent bowl of porridge and excellent service.
