Recently refurbished. Now much more comfortable. Well run with good bar staff. Kept clean with staff cleaning the tables as people leave. Beer prices good! Carlsberg £2.60 a pint till 4pm, then £3.00 a pint. Pleasant outdoor seating.
Since the new owner has come in it has changed so much for the better. Great prices & a great mixture of people in there that creates a great atmosphere. Plenty of TVs to watch the sport & the beer garden is fabulous!
the harry paye- absolutely lovely new refurb! took my daughter who has a severe dairy allergy and they triple checked all the ingredients for me and informed the other staff, £2.95 for a fairly large kids meal of nuggets, chips and peas. i had the mac and cheese, the food was lovely! all staff so so

Such an amazing Pub now open after covid and wow fantastic owner, looking after all the patrons, what an amzing atmosphere thanknyou for making our day.
Gem of a place we stumbled upon on a day out to Poole. Great singers. Fantastic bar staff I think their names were Sophie and Woody. We had a great time. Fully recommend.

First time visit. Nice meal for two. Good value.
I hadn't been in there for years due to bad experience. But met a mate in there for a pint. A much more relaxed atmosphere. Also it was clean and tidy. Bar staff were great and friendly

This place has been given a new life by a new owner give it a go no food but plenty of options near by
The Guinness was un drink able and the management had not a clue how to sort issue glad to report with change of management this venue as gone from 1 star to5 star . To make it plain the pub 100 per cent improved the Guinness is spot on thank you
Cheap beer options and late night music. Smartened up the interior has a large screen and viewing area for skysports. Just need to add to the one cask ale available.
Nice pub that's alright behind the bar said my favourite beer Budweiser not many do round here so I'll be drinking in they're a lot more
Awesome pub for weekend entertainment and I've also heard they'll soon be doing food so cant wait to try it out!
8/8/2019. Dropped in for a burger and drink, very pleasant service, decent prices, food was spot on. Lady behind the bar was cheerful and friendly. We were told they had only opened up again for about 2 weeks. Good luck and cheers. Rex and Mo from Retford Notts.
