On time. Careful, friendly staff that provide you with dignity the entire time you are there. Admin staff also extremely helpful. Going back for an ultrasound just awaiting letter but couldn't have asked for cleaner more well laid out friendly and knowledgeable staff in a hospital if you tried
About 6 weeks ago I fell downstairs and tore a tendon in my knee. On holiday at the time, Poole A&E was our nearest hospital. On arrival everyone was very friendly and professional. Not too long a wait we saw triage nurse and had appointment for following day. Next day I was treated exceptionally well by the urgent treatment team. I cannot express my thanks enough. Special mention goes to Russell Baird who attended to me for most of the day. I cannot fault the hospital and its devoted staff.
My daughter was taken into hospital yesterday 25/07/2023 by the most amazing paramedics, I can’t remember their names as I was quite upset when they arrived. One was from New Zealand and one was in car sales years ago before he became a paramedic. I can’t express my thanks enough, these guys are special people who do a great job, they really care about their patients, they go above and beyond. Thank you guys

I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Professor Ilankovan at the Maxillofacial surgery department in Poole Hospital. The purpose of the operation was to address my breathing difficulties caused by a broken nose in several places. I am happy to share that the surgery was a great success, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Professor Ilankovan's dedication and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. He attentively listened to my concerns about anaesthesia and the appearance of my nose post-operation, and he managed to ease my worries, making me feel comfortable and confident in his care.
Now, after the procedure, I can breathe much more easily, and the misshapen appearance of my nose has been completely corrected. This operation has significantly improved my quality of life by allowing me to breathe clearly and effortlessly.
I am genuinely grateful to Professor Ilankovan, the medical team and nurses in the aftercare ward at Poole Hospital for their expertise and exceptional care. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of similar treatments.
Staff made everything better, childrens ward was amazing for an unexpected visit.
Sopley school had also done overnight bags which made things so much easier, even a little made card inside. Thank you for making a horrible situation right x

Been here for a week, on Ward C4 clinical assessment ward then C4e, the nurses, doctors and Hca cleaners, porters have all been amazing and took great care of me. Had a room with a view. They are an amazing team. Thank you all

A huge Thank You for the awesomeness of the staff! My daughter was admitted here in A&E and it was her first hospitalisation so full of mental stress for all of us. Sorry, I was very much stressed so couldn't remember all the names of the staff but to us, everyone was like an angel.
They all took great care without any sign of tiredness or just for the sake of doing it and literally saying that when I had tears bringing her to the hospital in emergency, she was crying not to take her home as she quite enjoyed her time there getting pampering from all the staff, always smiling nurses and calling her poppet.
The waiting times are huge which I was aware about but literally experience that the good quality of care comes after that without rushing.
I'm very much thankful of the entire staff whom I met and those who assisted in this entire stressful experience in the beginning which vanished in mere couple of hours.
You guys are the best team ever!

My experience could not be better There was waiting around there were nosy monitors but the care staff are just wonderful .they were doing so much for so many 24 hours a day but remain professional to the last. Thank you
