A really special restaurant, centered around sustainability. We had the 5 course tasting menu, and Pippa was able to accomodate vegan/vegetarian requests as well. The whole menu was clearly very carefully designed to best use local produce and to be zero waste. Each course was absolutely delicious,

I wouldn't say it like going for dinner, more of a tasting experience that's nicely filling. Menu changes all the time so every visit it different. Staff are very nice and helpful. Also it's bring you bottle, cheap wine for everyone
