Lovely atmosphere! Fire is amazing enjoy sitting Infont of it during the winter nights also allowed to take my dog in that’s a bonus! Kids love the bouncy castle in the summer lovely little family run pub!
Always have a good time when I visit the Picton. The staff are friendly and helpful, the punters are a good bunch of people who also make you feel welcome and safe

I've been coming to the picton now every friday saturday for the last two years always Found the staff brilliant and friendly the landlord is brilliant. Never had a bad experience .5 stars easy
popped in today on a wander from Merthyr. Friendly atmosphere, cracking pint of Guinness, bouncy castle put the back for little ones, jukebox and pool table inside. they do proper pub grub aswell so deffo be popping back to see what that Sirloins all about 😁. the Mahou beer will blow your head off, be prepared 🤣 Bonus points cos i caught Rammstein on the jukebox 😁 all in all, cracking few hours out, friendly staff, awesome drinks with easy access. 5/5 😁✌️
