We were staying at the local Premier Inn & wanted a better meal than the attached Brewers Fayre could offer (not the best example of this chain). My husband found you on a Google search & checked you out on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! Tbh I felt a bit scruffy after our travels as it was much smarter than I expected for a restaurant aimed at the family market but the staff were lovely & friendly. Although it was about 6pm on a Friday & you were relatively busy there was no issue getting a table and the service was very efficient. Within an hour we were fed & watered & on our way which is what you need with a tired five yr old in tow! My husband & I both had pasta dishes which were lovely and I was impressed with the pizza from the children's menu - our daughter loved it & it's the most pizza I've seen her eat in one sitting. We'd have loved to try a dessert but were too full. The lovely view was a bonus too. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.
Regularly eat here, and have done so for years, the staff are so lovely, the food is excellent for the price. I like it so much I've eaten here twice this week. The lunch time/early evening deal is great value for money. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
A large group of us visited today for My cousins Birthday, Very pleasant Visit outstanding customer service. Didn't have to wait long for the food, everyone Enjoy There visit , Normally I love the lasnaga im not sure if they have changed it but I didn't enjoy it today sadly :( but everything was Spot on! And the chocolate brownie was Amazing 👏🏻 beautiful venue and Lovely Staff .

What I loved about this restaurant was, the food, the delivery, the service, the staff and the amazing conversations I had.
When we got there, we were greeted immediately with no wait. It was no trouble to sit us where we requested.
We waited no amount of time to be served, the waiter was just lovely. We had a pleasant conversation and a few laughs too.
The atmosphere was quiet, with a good volume of music, it was not too loud but gentle in the background. It was very friendly and authentic the moment we arrived.
It took no more than 20 minutes for the food to be prepared from fresh and brought out. It tasted so beautiful and the portion size was big.
We opted for no dessert this time but we had sides and that too was delicious.
Upon payment we got talking to the manager who came over to thank us for our custom and ask us how our experience was. He was the most loveliest man, with wonderful manners and very knowledgeable. He told us all about the food we had just ordered and some lovely facts.
We felt very valued and like they were grateful for our custom, however we were blessed to have had the opportunity to dine there. If you do happen to go here, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars for me and my husband.
It was a very quiet lunchtime but I enjoyed my Pizza Goat with some work colleagues

Food was very well presented, and very much to the standards of most Italian restaurants which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly, and the host manager was quite keen to provide a good service. The atmosphere was quite decent, but I think the only letdown was the background music. I really like Elvis Presley, but it certainly seemed to be on repeat. But price was a little expensive but all in all very happy.
Lovely meal to celebrate my birthday. Manager was very attentive and funny. New waiters seem friendly too. Food was good and arrived quickly. Even left with a free little bottle of Prosecco as a birthday present. Would recommend visiting!
Staff very good, food ok could do with a bit more taste. Back again last night staff still excellent and good fun with children food was improving.
Stopped here for lunch with my daughter. Had the chicken and she had the kids meatballs. We both enjoyed the food and it was good value for money. The service was also excellent.
Best cooked steak in Portishead, consistantly, perfectly done. Best front of house too, absolutely love the service here, they are above and beyond every visit.
I've taken a few vegan people here and was surprised at how many options they have, good options too.
Amazing service in a beautiful location. Simple fresh and tasty Italian food far better than the price paid. Kelly and kira looked after us and were charming and attentive.
Great night at Botteginos! Lovely family meal and food was perfect. Service from the team on point. Will 100% be back🙏 really nice to be able to take food home as well.
