To be honest, the meal is good but not so different than this kind of restaurant. But the service and ambiance was great. I even ordered a second beer after dinning because if the music!!! The waitress was very kind with me, and acceoted to take a picture

Fast order-at-table service via a QR. Great coffee. Lovely, generous and tasty smashed avocado with fresh tomato, good bread and good streaky bacon, with a perfectly poached egg. If you’re in Portishead, head to Impero for your brunch.

Extensive menu with tons of tasty options, with the option to order and customise online. There's also a large gluten-free and vegan menu with adapted dishes. Brilliant coffees with non-dairy options. Great atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. And it's dog friendly!

Place has a great vibe. A bit like Spoons but with great food 🤣. Breakfast (Large) was in fact enormous! Reassuringly expensive at £12.95 but best hash browns ever. Coffee was good but Banana Milkshake was better (£4 shake a bit steep without all the frills though). Lovely upbeat but chilled atmosphere with cheerful staff.

Visited for the first time on Tuesday 12th September. Tuesday being Tapas Tuesday, 3 Tapas and a glass of wine for £12.50. Great value, if I lived in Portishead I would be there every Tuesday for this offer.
Only downside to the visit was that the pumps were being changed so no draught beer, understandable, but the staff who were all great, should have stocked the fridges with bottled beers.
Overall, if you are in Portishead on a Tuesday and want some Tapas, this is the place. Of course it doesn't have to be Tuesday as the Tapas is superior to the other Spanish restaurant in Portishead.

I popped in for breakfast as I was on Portishead and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the food was amazing and it was all very tasty. I had the breakfast, which came with a pot of tea.
The tea was also delicious, and i got 3 cups put of the one pit.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Social distancing and masks are still enforced.
Great layout of tables inside and outside.
Toilets were clean.
Restaurant was clean and tidy. Decor was nice, although a little dark.

This is a lovely cafe situated in the High Street in the Town of Portishead...It has a lovely ambience with it's lighting and decoration set off with mirrors and pictures on the walls....The staff were all lovely and welcoming delivering a good service....Even though the place was very busy we never had to wait to long to be served our food,which is good as in some places you have to wait quite a while....So overall this is a nice place to pop into for your food and drinks....👍

Nice little find while working away, I'm back there's soon so I will be calling back, friendly staff too,. I called back a couple of weeks later, I didn't stay this time as there was a dog there laid across the floor next to where I would have sat, I love dogs but don't believe they should be in where food is served, just my opinion, I won't go back.....

Fantastic but a bit pricey, as expected cause everything's going up. Same menu as Teatro in Clevedon but prefer Impero Lounge as atmosphere is better.

We arrived just after 1pm and there were no seats,there were five of us . The manager was very helpful and indicated that a table had finished and were just leaving so we could have that table and cleared it ready for us .While we were waiting we ordered at the bar .The service was very good, the food was hot and very tasty .Would recommend it to everyone young and old .They also have a gluten free and vegan menu.

The Impero Lounge is brilliant. The food is excellent whether you want toast or breakfast. The service is quick and the staff are polite and very helpful. Coffee spot on, recommended. They allow you to take your dogs in not like that miserable place Witherspoons.

Was eating away and came across mud in my mouth yuk. Can only assume this came off the rocket lettuce? My meal was replaced and that was lovely but I had to dissect it first. When paying I had to ask for it to be taken off the bill, surely this should have been automatic ?
I have eaten here before and no faults. A little more attentiveness is needed.
