Food was exceptional. Have been here for few times and they never disappoint me! I would strongly recommend mussels as they are always making the best mussels in the area. Fish and chips also very good and the portion is so big (for me)

Very nice location next to the marina. Nice interior- windows open wide to the outdoor seating area. Fish and chips very good, other dishes good (had the hake, and two kids dishes- pasta and chicken nuggets). Prices were fair but not cheap. They had pencils and coloring paper for the children, which is always appreciated.

Had a great lunch time meal here. Starter of Whitebait, lovely and crispy and more than enough! Main course was seafood spaghetti. Mussels, prawns and cod. Again a plentiful serving and delicious. Service was lovely and a super atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!

First visit for a takeaway. Was busy, gave us a pager while we waited outside. £23 for 1 large and 1 med cod and chips. Taste was good, fish was a good size no skin or bones. Good portion of chips but more crunchy than fat and juicy which let it down a bit. Overall good but expensive.

The best place… I booked 2-3 weeks in advance for my wife birthday, because we are living in London. The manager was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived this evening they already prepared the table in advanced and the whole staff were very friendly. They recommended nice food and wine. In the end they surprised my wife with nice desserts. This was the best treat for my wife and obviously me too. 🤩🤩🤩

Sea Rock Restaurant in Portishead offers a delightful dining experience that perfectly complements its beautiful marina setting. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the captivating view, impeccable service, and the restaurant's range of light and delectable options. The standout feature of Sea Rock Restaurant is undoubtedly its stunning view of the marina. Whether you're seated indoors by the large windows or on the outdoor terrace, you're treated to a breathtaking sight of sailboats and tranquil waters. It's a backdrop that enhances the dining experience, making it both visually pleasing and relaxing. The service at Sea Rock is equally impressive. The staff is attentive, friendly, and eager to make your visit memorable. They are knowledgeable about the menu, provide timely recommendations, and ensure that your dining needs are well taken care of. One of the restaurant's strengths is its selection of light options. From fresh salads to seafood dishes, there are plenty of choices for those looking for a healthier or lighter meal. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are expertly balanced, making for a delightful and satisfying culinary experience. In conclusion, Sea Rock Restaurant is a gem in Portishead, offering a beautiful view of the marina, top-notch service, and a menu filled with delicious and light options. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner with a view or a relaxing lunch, this restaurant checks all the boxes for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and savor more of their fantastic offerings.

Came here for birthday dinner cos of the reviews. Lovely place and great welcome. Unfortunately none of the main course specials were available so I had to reorder. We had a combined seafood starter, fish and chips, curried mussels and seafood spaghetti plus a bottle of white wine and water. The quality and quantity was very good. The cost was just over £100 for 3 of us, so not cheap, but very good

This place is amazing! The setting and the ambiance are first class but the food is simply exquisite! As the parent of a fussy young lad, they happily exchanged peas for baked beans which although sounds like a small deal, it makes a massive difference to the overall experience. I cannot recommend Searock enough. Go and experience it for yourself!

Fish was incredible. Mushy peas and tartar sauce was really good. Chips kinda let it down. Bit dry. Would of definitely got a five as service was great.

Had a fantastic birthday meal here. Friendly and attentive staff, speedy service & truly delicious food. Had squid to start (crispy, not chewy & plentiful) followed by the white fish & prawn curry (large chunks of fish, thick flavoursome curry sauce & well cooked rice). Definitely one of the best curries I have ever eaten! Didn’t have room for pudding but will be back very soon. It’s not the cheapest of restaurants but is not over-priced and is worth every single penny.

Great location overlooking the marina. Our starters of whitebait and squid were top notch and the fish and chips were the best we've ever had! The local farm ice cream they have finished off a lovely lunch in the sunshine. Highly recommend!

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. If you need a stop off on your way home after your holidays I would highly recommend. Beautiful restaurant seats inside and out and a great organised takeaway service. Well done to the team who set up this outfit. Brilliant. Thank you Angela

So much more than a fish and chip place. Friendly staff, excellent specials, accurate cooking. Great bread too (we assume from the bakery next door)

I visited Searock on my first night of a 2 week course in Portishead. The food was amazing - I had seafood spaghetti (pictured). The prices were reasonable and the service excellent. I returned 3 further times during my stay, thereafter choosing meals from the specials board. Each time the food was of high quality and the service was prompt and friendly from all of the staff. You can sit inside or out and the view of the marina is super. They have a traditional fish and chips menu too and from what I could see from meals other diners were eating, it was very tasty. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

I can highly recommend this family run restaurant. The service from all the staff was exceptional. With everyone making us feel very welcome. The food was excellent from the whitebait starter to the monkfish ragu linguine and fresh mackerel mains from the specials board. We definitely intend to return.
