Room is clean, the menu of breakfast and the proportion are perfect and the staff are friendly. Have a very beautiful view of the port from the room. Highly recommended.
I would love to thank to amazing, helpful, warmhearted young receptionist and waitress in The Pier hotel, who literally saved us from sleeping on the street. We stayed at this small inn for a couple of nights. Our room. Was small but clean and comfortable. There is a small friendly bar which had mixture of locals and tourists. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and served in a small restaurant. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall its an Inn
The restaurant at the pier hotel was a great surprise. The food was next level. The chef has put his special twist on local food and his creativity has made it amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly - they let you peek into to the life of locals. If you want more culture, have a quick pint
A amazing good restaurant beyond what you would expect. The chef created a new menu that was amazing. This restaurant will be famous soon. The bas is a warm welcome for everybody, making friends in seconds. The new owner deserves a great compliment: this will be the talk of the town soon.

What a lovely place right in Portree. The food is traditional and delicious; I got freshly caught langoustines (from the Portree Area!) in butter with salad and they were incredible. Desserts are to die for. Service is great, price more than affordable for what you get. It doesn't accept reservation
Our stay in the pier hotel was excellent ! myself and my son stayed three nights from 11th Sept our room had the most perfect view of the harbour, close to plenty of great amenities and yet peaceful and homely. Breakfast was superb and served with such generosity and kindness would recommend to ALL
Thanks for a great stay at the Pier Hotel. A great warm welcome from Ann on arrival. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have had a drink in the bar as it seems like a local institution. It’s true that people make a place.
Love this little Scottish Boozer! Friendliest pint, interesting conversation- doesn't serve food but seem happy for you to bring in. Really good community feel thanks

Amazing food, lovely staff. A real gem in Portree. If you are visiting try to get a table and try this little restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
I have stayed at the pier hotel on several occasions the staff are friendly breakfast is amazing very warm welcoming place excellent view looking over the harbour.Everything near hand gives you time to relax and chill out
Went to this restaurant in Portree as we couldn't get a table at another place. Turned out to be a good decision as the food here is good and the service friendly. Small selection of wine but both choices thatvwe had were fantastic.
Oh, and it was here that we saw a full rainbow too!
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended to come and stay here especially as you're right at the pier and right next to all the shops in town. The only downside is parking. It can be tricky to find a place to park. But can't complain as it's free parking.

The pub is open again! Lovely little space, friendly staff, showing the football. This place is quiet with mostly locals, right on the water. Recommended!
Best hotel we’ve stayed in yet on our trip! Room is spatious and well stocked, view is stunning, location is perfect for a base for our wandering. Breakfast was okay but not great.
