Ordered two subs recently. One was over toasted while the other was somehow cold. Staff were very stingy with salad, I counted four pieces of cucumber on my foot long and maybe 3 pieces of pepper. Staff also tried to overcharge me at the end. Can't really recommend this place. At least it was warm inside.

The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, u dont get much filling in the subs and they missed out the cookies in the order. Used to think this was a great shop but now not so much.

Filling was pretty much non existent and jacket potato had no butter half a dozen meatballs and very little sauce so incredibly dry, gone downhill massively the past few months.

No good customer service no skilled staff when I went in to the shop no one attended the customer there were busy in there own conversation. there were all few left over things in the rack when we asked to get fresh they say it’s fresh . Didn’t expect this from subway have better staff please.
