Restaurant 27 we can say with great confidence is the best restaurant in Hampshire and quite possibly beyond. The food is not only outstandingly delicious but its an experience and the courses made for you take you on a journey...its really quite something. We visited the restaurant quite a number of times now and not once have we been dissappointed. The staff are so lovely. Friday just gone we were at the restaurant and a new young trainee waiter served us ( actually it was his first day ) he was lovely and got everything right for us and it was lovely to see him being kindly guided by the restaurant owner. The pricing is very good too...we'd be happy to pay more. Its impeccably clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I like a cocktail called a " Hemingway Daquiri"...my husband whenever he books lets them know thats what i enjoy and they make sure they have the ingredients in to make it for me. An amazing restaurant.

Stunning menu, great service and an amazing treat. We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our daughters and dear friends who are about to have a baby. Nice relaxed atmosphere, very attentive staff.

What a fantastic little gem. Been a couple of times and the food is simply outstanding. Gutting that they will be moving on but thankful we had the chance to experience it. 7 courses, couple of bottles of bubbly, brilliant service. Spot on.

What a treat to be able to visit Restaurant 27 again.
If you are looking for that " Little Special place" look no further.
No parking but after 6pm you can park along the seafront free.
I was a little concerned that I might feel cold whilst in the restaurant but I didn't feel that at all. It was lovely and warm. Decorated lovely with Christmas bits.

Restaurant 27 is tucked away in a residential area and quite difficult to park as everyone goes home at night with their cars. But don't be put off, get a taxi or Uber as this place is worth a visit. What appears to be a very large drawing room has been converted to house this restaurant. Nicely decorated and tastefully finished. The tasting menu is the only option for Dinner. However it was indeed very good and varied in courses so do try it. Serving staff polite, attentive and efficient. Definitely worth a try and well worth its classification of "Fine Dining Restaurant "

From the moment we walked in to the restaurant it felt amazing, extremely well decorated and the layout of the place creates a fantastic atmosphere. The maitre d and every waiter in the restaurant were exceptional, they read the table perfectly to know the discussions to have with us about the food and drink and to have some little jokes with us which just completed the perfect experience. We went for the longer menu of the two to get the maximum experience and every course was absolutely exquisite from the appetisers through to the 2nd (yes 2nd) dessert. I cannot praise everybody involved with Restaurant 27 enough for creating such an amazing experience in fine dining, we will most certainly be returning again and again and congratulations to them for earning a Michelin Plate and I wish them all the best luck in progressing that to a Michelin Star in the near future - theh thoroughly deserve it!!!

What a find . A room in a house which did not seem like a restaurant. Well staffed and all well informed of what they were serving. Described each time a course was delivered. So many courses I lost count and was utterly stuffed. Every course was amazing and understandably a higher class than a normal meal out. Your taste buds are awakened for the whole experience.

What a great restaurant ever here.
We had the summer menu 2 and enjoyed special tastes from about 10 dishes.
Monkfish was unexpected and really good.
The chef Kevin, He is pretty creative man ever and Mr. Claudiu explained and kind.
Really happy with R27.
