Loved this place. A must visit if you’re in the area looking for good food - you will not be disappointed. The food is delicious, the atmosphere lively and the service quick and friendly. We were only in the area three nights and loved our first visit so much we visited twice !

Great little find this place, small but friendly. Lovely food, the fish paella was top drawer and Debbie's steak was cooked to perfection. Not many places actually get a rare steak right!
Absolutely delicious, fresh food and friendly staff. We went on a Wednesday evening and were relieved to have booked because the homely, atmospheric but sophisticated restaurant was packed! Having shared the olives to start (they were tasty and huge!), I chose the Tagliatteli Broccoli e Pollo and the Affogato for dessert - so yum! The chef Justin is fantastic and our waitress Sandy was very lovely. We will come again next time we visit Portsmouth.
Went to celebrate my husbands birthday, 3 of us had steaks - which were cooked to perfection. Starters were to die for. Honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Those who know me know I am a fussy bugger . I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with total confidence in the knowledge they would not be disappointed

Wow!!! This is the best Italian I have ever eaten in! Small but friendly restaurant !! we ate on a Wednesday evening and it was packed! Always a good sign! Food perfect, staff lovely, service prompt what else can you ask for? :) will be returning soon!!!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere as always. We have been eating at Sopranos for many years and they have never let us down. Our latest visit yesterday was for a double birthday celebration for my daughter and mother-in law. Sandy and the staff were very accommodating and looked after us all. I would recommend Sopranos every time.

Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and wonderful food. Had a lovely night with my wife and will be back to try fillet al pepe which I was going to have till I saw the special was haddock which was lush.
This restaurant is fantastic. The staff are great and the food delicious. I had the seafood risotto and it was one of the best ones I've had in years. The price is also very reasonable. I had the risotto, some Sorbet and two drinks and the price was under £25.
Lovely food with a wide range on the menu. Plus the specials board each day. Cooked beautifully and all food was hot. And to finish off Lovely desserts. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant but booking recommend. Served by very friendly and helpful staff with Sarah taking a lead and ensuring everything was good.
Brilliant food and great prices. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The place was full and had good atmosphere, my only downside was it very noisy which made conversation difficult.

For those with smaller appetites avoid the wonderful starters as we struggled on the main meal! Not the fillet steak though!!

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Southsea. We've never had a bad meal. The food is wonderful and so are the staff. Prices are great too. Would recommend booking, it gets booked up quickly. A very well run restaurant.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before now. I've been coming here for years. So glad they survived the bs lockdowns! The food's very good - lovely pizzas, pasta dishes, steaks and salads - and the friendly staff mean there's usually a good atmosphere (although the flipside of that is that booking is advisable because, understandably, they're very popular!).
