I have been coming here for over 10 years and still am not bored of the chilli chicken no matter matter how many times I have it. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast and the staff are welcoming and friendly.
As a student from Hong Kong this is my favourite Chinese food in Portsmouth, warm hospitality, generous food portion and taste like home.

Very good place glad they are open now used so go in always with my mum and get food they have chairs so you can sit in (Don't know about now) while waiting and the food is just mm mm but yeah good food and yeah I gave it 4/5 because the wait takes a while so if your in a hurry don't go here.

Been using Po Young for almost 25 years, The best food and best service I have ever know the food is also very nice.
Definitely well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed.
