Would like to say that customer service was above and beyond. We have visited a few times and Adil served us each time with a very cheerful smile. The world needs more people like Adil

This is an excellent store with tasty donuts. We live in London and visited the store in the evening of 28th December. The man at the desk was very very kind and patient even though the store was about to close in a few minutes. He took out all the boxes and explained the variety of choice - 4s and
Visited the branch in port Solent quite few times it was very nice experience with customer service specially the guy Adil who served us with very polite and very nice with kids he is the example of wise customer service we will visit again for sure š

The very nice lady who was working this morning 11/11/22 saw me waiting impatiently outside. She opened up 10 minutes early at 8.20am to serve me. What a superstar, got to work on time and the donuts were awesome. Thank you

Best donuts around. Excellent choice. Tiny bit expensive compared to supermarket donuts but they are a lot better quality/tasting.

Exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff. Wide range to choose from. They even sell shakes! I highly recommend popping in for treat.

Superb service! Really polite and friendly. Clean too. My only gripe is that they didn't have any soya milk so had to settle for a herbal tea. The donuts looked good but I wish Krispy Kreme would do a vegan donut! I miss their donuts. Would have given 5 stars, but the unavailability of soya milk me
