First time at GDK as I've always seen good reviews about it on TikTok. Even though one worker was preparing orders and serving the till, the service was fast and she was very generous with our portions. It is worth the money and the atmosphere is perfect for after classes, a hot day or just having a relaxed evening. Thank you Sakira for making sure we enjoyed our first time!
Had a really nice time here with my husband. He was craving for a og kebab so we went there before closing time. I decided to get myself a doner box. The food was really tasty and well proportioned and the staff, Sam, was really nice to us. He came to ask us if everything was alright and made sure we like the food and everything it’s in place. We also had a nice chat because he was really nice and professional. Thank you! 😊
GDK is my go-to sit-down kebab choice in London and Portsmouth. I found the staff service at this branch very friendly and professional. They didn't have flaming fries this time and the ordering screens were off but not big issues. The Doner Box with fries was tasty and well put together/presented. Big shout out to Yagnik and the team for looking after us during our stay. I will definitely come back

Went in to GDK yesterday for a takeaway hoping to get 2 for 1 Tuesday offer but got to know from the staff Nisaf (apologies, if I got the name wrong) that they don’t do it anymore. However, got NHS staff discount and I was happy. The food was great as always. The staffs were really polite especially Nisaf who took my order and delivered it in time.
My daughter got the mixed doner box and chips and I got the boss box!
Food was incredible! So fresh so filling and sooooooooooo tasty!
Sam was excellent, was friendly and smiley but not over invasive 🫶🏼 the perfect amount of service and working hard too.

I was hungry after my today's lectures so one of my friends suggest me this place (GDK) and i went today to try their food, when i visited i was confused what to order so the one taking the order named SAM suggest me some kebabs and offers and after he gave options i can easily decide what to order. Such a good and warm hospitality by him and the team.
I ordered veggie kebab which he suggested and customised a little for me and it was fabulous. This kebab place is now one of my favourite to eat.
The food is amazing and the service provided was also so welcoming. I loved the place and food.

First visit, food was really tasty, the kitchen area can be seen from checkout and was extremely clean and tidy. The lady on check out was very polite and helpful. There was a bit of a wait as they also do delivery orders. Lighting was low, air con was on. Perfect for a very hot summers day. You need to park and walk due to location.

Its always good food & a feast whenever we visit German Doner Kebab. Myself & my wife enjoy the gym bucket which is healthy & a good price. The ambience & service are awesome.
