staff is kind and quiet atmosphere, it's inside the hospital, be prepared for a bit of queue
Popped in for a quick lunch. Had a Latte and sandwich and was served by very cheerey Mie who seeing my walking stick brought my latte over.
I don't normally like Costa coffee but there is a girl there that I like so I am drinking more coffee than usual.
Not good for Gluten Free. No lunch options just snacks. Otherwise OK but always busy.
Brilliant service, my girlfriend was in labour and told to go home by the maturity unit, costa staff saw she was in pain and told her to come in they gave her ice water and told her to sit wherever she would like even though they were closing up. Manager on shift was very professional and very caring. Brilliant customer service

Brilliant little coffee shop not too overpriced either
Nice place to sit & relax after visiting somebody in the hospital or after bringing someone in to have a nice cup of tea or coffee with something to eat, I was served by a welcoming member of staff which really helps your mood depending on your circumstances of being there.

Easy to find, close by the main entrance to the hospital. Friendly staff and usual Costa fare.
Would give that last star if it could be a full blown Costa shop with all the options available. Staff always helpful though and service is quick.
