Been here more than a couple of times, not for functions, but for the restaurant.. Every time I do, it just keep getting better even now through this pandemic. this place is awesome, absolutely great service and outstanding meals and drinks.
I'm a seafood lover and their menu is very diverse, you can have a bit of different plates/flavors, spicy or non all in one place!

Surf is doing there part by keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. Everyone dining here has there own space which is great. The food was very tasty. The only complaint I have is the size of the fish on the tacos. The fish size looked like it belong on a kids plate. The fish looked like small chicken nuggets. Definitely a disappointment especially when you spend over $180 on dinner.

The best eel roll I ever have, that crunchiness is nothing alike. Love the atmosphere. The service is excellent. I had my first tequila oyster shot here which is amazingly delicious! We ordered Hot butter lobster and they knew it was for 2 people sharing. Overall, I would have given this place 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work!

Our waitress Hillary was amazing! Almost as good as the food itself! Ceasar salad with Brussel sprouts was crazy good... clam chowder is some of the best I've ever had (top 3 ever)... then we got sushi - amazing. Live this place!

Great seafood place. Prices are decent given the quality and presentation of the food. As you would expect extremely fresh fish served right at the waterfront in Portsmouth.

The sushi is perfect at Surf. Our waitress was amazing and so mellow and friendly. I had the edemame which was the best I ever had. I think it had seasame oil on it which gave it great flavor. I also got the dynomite roll and it was so tasty. All the flavors worked so well together. I have to give a shout out to the bartender for making a PERFECT Cosmo!!!

I am not much of a fish eater but I am trying. When we come here I always go out of my box and try a new fish dish I've never had. So far, I have to say I have not been disappointed. Good service.

Great place! Amazing seafood but it will also hit your wallet. Sushi is amazing as well. Slightly disappointed by the calamari however. Service was great!!
