We visited this cozy martini bar last night. Espresso Martinis were so yummy!! I to go back to try the Almond Joy Martini! We also tried the garlic herb frites they were good.

Quaint, comfortable, intimate bar with a good selection of spirits and beer. A little hard to find but worth it. Watch it if you park on the streets as the parking police will ticket you for 2 mins past.

Great cocktails and quiet drink spot. If you are looking to avoid the rush of some of the other downtown Portsmouth bars, Two Ceres tends to be a bit more subdued and offers great drinks and beer choices.

This is just Poco's inside. It has the same menu. I prefer the upstairs or Poco's downstairs bar. Not sure why they even made this addition.
