I’ve given pollard 1 star in the past because of poor customer service. Honestly customer service as a whole had taken a huge hit all over. We’ve lost sight of how to be kind, have empathy and take care of each other. It this experience with pollard has really given me joy.
I went in ans was greeted immediately as well as the environment had great energy and the employees were smiling and speaking with customers as if they were friends. My order took a while to come up and I asked for an eta. The cashier checked the stand and saw it was sitting there the whole time. She immediately apologized and assumed responsibility as well as offered me a free dessert. I told her no worries it’s a lot going on but could I have my food reheated. She told me that she will get me fresh chicken and throw an extra piece in for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I got home and the puff was in the bag either. Buttttt....
Honestly it was worth the wait due to the High energy/positive environment and seeing how courteous and genuinely kind the 2 cashiers were. Based on this experience I’ll definitely come back! I hope this is a consistent experience ❤️❤️❤️

Always good food, love the chicken livers, the best fried chicken, and the Barbeque plate is good also, must try the collards and Mac and cheese, the people there are so nice and helpful make you feel like family

Ordered a sweet potato pie. Never again. They bought out a frozen pie still in the box by Chef Pierre. Look like it came from Sam's club freezer section. So much for homemade.

Food was fresh, fast, and delicious. I had the whole chicken combo, and it did not disappoint. It was well cooked and it came with 4 warm and delicious corn bread muffins 🙌👍

Ordered my food at 5:23 pm on a Sunday. 5:57pm I'm waiting on my refund on my food. Never again. I've had nothing but bad luck at this location.

Chicken was over cooked an hard apples was so soft an black like they been sitting for two days an nasty. Greens no flavor. Bbq got me feeling so sick rightnow. Rice an gravy nasty. Never again will I eat here feeling real disrespected an disappointed. Second time eating here an food an service on the same level not right. Not even utensils to eat the food with. Place JUST SORRY!!!

This is our first time ordering from Pollard's were heard good things about the food and it was good however the service was awful. We ordered online spent about $47 for our family when we went to pick up the food curbside the employee was on facetime and seemed annoyed that she had to get our food and then she forgot our gallon of sweet and after we explained that to her she went back in and when we got home we discovered she gave us a gallon of unsweet tea and forgot our salad. We were extremely disappointed with the attitude of the employee and errors in our order.
