Hats off to the young staff! The dude working the window and the lobby got everything under control! The staff is happy the food was good, but the best thing about this experience is seeing how they work as a team! Once again another great experience in fast food with young people in the city of Portsmouth!

Service was worth the drive, I use to go to the taco bell on airline blvd. But the service at this taco bell across from the Chesapeake Square mall is far better with less attitude.

Today was the 1st day Taco Bell bought back the Mexican Pizza. I ordered it, asked for extra meat, but when I got home and open up the box, looking at my order, there was no extra meat, but I paid extra for extra meat. Very disappointing 😕

Grabbed a quick bite on the run...usually not a fast food fan... but I ordered a chicken soft taco with just chicken, cheese and guacamole... it was delicious!!

Ordered DoorDash from this location. Unfortunately wish I didn’t because they didn’t get any of the order correct foods freezing and it didn’t sit outside. We got it directly from the delivery guy and they switched out our chipotle chalupa’s for different ones. We ordered soft tacos without lettuce and cheese all of them had it on them. No drinks came with our order either. Basically they just sent us food without reading our order it seems. Very disappointed

I wouldnt go to this tacobell after 10pm or when ever night shift crew start. Was stuck in the drive through for 30 minute to be told my mobile order wasn't showing up, after confirming it was at the order box

Wait time wasn't bad, but we ordered 2 of the new loaded taco burrito that had "double meat" and on one there was maybe a teaspoon of meat then the other had maybe a tablespoon so definitely not as advertised. Don't get the cheesy fiesta potatoes, very hard! They remade the burritos and they were great the second time around just wish we didn't have to drive 20 min again to have that done.
