We just popped in here for a quick takeaway coffee at the end of the day, and ended up chatting to the lovely barista for almost an hour and came away with a lost of local things to try.
The coffee was decent and the Chai was nice and spiced! Good selection of non-dairy milk, which we've found kind
Fantastic service, and the owner offered icream with our pancake (even though it she had bought it to share with staff). Nice salmon and avacodo salad, and a BLT. No dogs inside but tables outside (shady side of street so a bit chilly). Slightly utilitarian decor. Definitely visit again.

Another day another Symposium cafe, up to the usual standard but in a slightly unusual setting, the old BOS building in Portsoy, lovely enjoyable coffee break.
Food and service was top notch and very helpful staff kept us in the loop for bus times to Sandend. Superb.
Had a huge coffee and stack of pancakes here before a big ride. The pancakes are huge and there was plenty maple syrup.
Food and drinks were great, the staff were even better. Very friendly women who made us feel very welcome. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

I have the same each time i visit..toasted brown bagel with crispy bacon and maple syrup with side salad and coleslaw...wonderful ..oh and a cup of tea.😊
Rachel was the most wonderful host at this quaint coffee shop in Portsoy. We were a party of 7 and she accomodated us beautifully. Very reasonable prices, lovely scones and great coffee. Best of all tho, this place is open till 5! Thank you for the lovely experience.
this is the second time we have eaten in this ex-Bank of Scotland premises. staff are very helpful and attentive, the decor is simple and ever changing and the old bank vault is still present, more importantly the food is good.
we will be back again next year.

We visited a week ago and have been a few times now. The staff here are awesome! The food & drinks delicious as usual. The stafd who were working the morning of Weds 7 Sept you went above & beyond, thank u🥰
