Poblanos Mexican Restaurant

I’m not typically a person to complain but today really did me in . My husband and I eat here frequently for lunch and our bill is usually $20. I go in today I asked for two avocados which everybody knows it’s cheaper at a grocery store to purchase an avocado than it is purchase it at a restaurant but I’m willing to pay seven dollars for that and a drink ! The owner or whoever was trying to charge me $18 for avocados because he said I had two orders he’s always rude to me every time I go in and I’m just the person to give the benefit of the doubt. But never again will I be played for a fool. You apparently don’t need my money that bad I’ll just go to Mexico Tipico but I want everyone that goes here to know how much I was charged for two simple avocados.

This restaurant is amazing. They have great personnel that take very good of their customers. They have great food. The cocktails and the cold beer are amazing. I can honestly say out of the 30 years I’ve been going here I have never been dissatisfied. I recommend this place to everyone that loves Mexican food. Ask for Diana and she will take very good care of you also one of the front house managers by the name of Miguel is an amazing person as well. I would give them 10+ rating.

Wish I could rate a 0, because it was r 1st n last visit here, HORRIBLE SERVICE N FOOD, YUCK!! Could NOT eat entrees; pork was COLD n tasted AWFUL n was COVERED WITH RAW ONIONS (a 1st for us)!! We asked 4 credit for these INEDIBLE entrees 4 my husband n me. We had 2 wait 45 minutes to get HORRENDOUS food!! They said they gave us credit, but in fact, they did NOT!! Our bill was $47 for $4 n $10 appetizers n 2 alcoholic beverages. At most, it should have been $35.

Pablano's is the place to go for good Mexican food. Saturday nights are a bonus as the largest margaritas are only 5$ each and they don't taste watered down. The food is great. Particularly, the chicken used in quesadillas is terrific and is not stringy like some places. This has become our new favorite.

This is my go-to place for Mexican food. I've tried others and they just weren't the same. I usually order the same foods which includes their marinated shrimp that comes with grilled vegetables and rice. It's so good and filling. I've only ordered to go but I keep returning so it's an easy process. They have a business card with a QR code for their official menu.
