Busy place, staff are helpful, it's inside whiston hospital, it's card only unfortunately if you're a patient and have been left with cash, it's a Costa if frequently use them it's worth getting the Costa card, plenty of seating place is clean and tidy,

What a nice thing in such a bad place. The hospital it's self is lovely but when visiting a hospital it's usually not for a good reason. So to have some lovely and chatty staff making you smile as they serve you makes the experience a little more bearable. The coffee is good and the food is lovely too.
Just a quick coffee, was part of a hospital appointment visit,so not a relaxing event. Having said that, it's always busy there and isn't unpleasant atall.
Very busy store, expect to wait to get your coffee but the coffee standards are better than most Costa's.

Staff pleasant and efficient. No white bread or fruit loaf. Early to run out!!!!
