We use to eat here when we lived in Preston, and always had a great meal and was always a nice atmosphere. Although I now live in North Yorkshire , in March 2022 we had a day trip to Cleveleys and called at the Phantom Winger on the way home back to North Yorkshire. Nice to know the food was still as good as when we lived there.
Came here for the first time with some friends after someone recommended it and it didn’t disappoint! Chris was more than helpful. Prompt and always smiling which was really great to see! The food was amazing and didn’t take long at all. Overall, i highly recommend here. Will definitely be coming back!
Really tasty lunch at the Phantom Winger.
Staff were really attentive, food tasty & service superb. Good value for money too.
The pub generally was clean & tidy. It’s also got a Wacky Warehouse for the children.
Very good, quality food and good prices.
Definitely go again, thanks👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Enjoyed a meal here on Sunday after my daughters football match, so she was especially hungry. Food was lovely and the portions were very generous. Will definitely stop by again.
Went out with family for a meal , was a lovely experience staff was lovely an the atmosphere was great. Lovely place for families an days out.
Popped in for a quick drink. Service was quick, staff friendly. Nice atmosphere. Seems popular with families. Was busy but managed to get a table.
Amazing food sometimes I have to wait a bit for my food but only cause it’s mad busy go all the time never had a bad meal. Staff are nice to would recommend to anyone defo get a burger
The gravy one was DELICIOUS! Especially upgrading the chips to salt & pepper chips (Chinese style seasoning)
Everyone else enjoyed their meals too.
Loved that there was also baby food options! Big thumbs up!
It seemed very short staffed, meaning that the wait on food was VERY long- the staff naturally seemed tense due to this, but friendly all the same. Especially the lady on the bar and the young man who was there on the day that we were there (22nd July)
Didn't use the playarea, as was surprised to discover that you have to pay £5 to use it!
There's only X3 disabled spaces, which made it difficult for my mum to park close to the entrance/ exit, but thankfully was enough empty spaces around her to be able to get in and out of her wheelchair comfortably, otherwise it would have been a big problem. She just got drenched from the rain! (Bless her)
Would definitely go again if we were in the area...and didn't have to rush!
I came in today for a quick bite to eat and a few drinks service was all round great but the lady who gave me my food was amazing and went above and beyond, I believe her name was kat.
I will be returning again I hope she will be there next time
This is a great place for a good pub meal.
The staff go above and beyond to help.
Lovely visit and we will return
Haven't been to the Phantom Winger in years. Was very impressed with the menu choices, the quality of the food and the service. It's not the most atmospheric place as it's a big space but it's big enough to find somewhere relatively quiet to sit and enjoy your meal. It's got a Whacky Warehouse attached which looked as good as we remembered when we took our kids years ago. Will probably go back to take advantage of one of its weekly deals👍
