The food was acceptable and fresh. The employees were helpful and polite. The problem is that we came in at 3 pm and couldn’t find a clean table. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned all day. Even uncollected tips sitting on them. There were hardly any customers and plenty of employees there.
This didn’t used to happen at fast food places, but seems to be the norm these days, so now I’m leaving reviews about it. Sad.

Definitely one of the best Wendy's in a large radius if not the best. The service is awesome and really fast. The food is also really good and is always warm. One of my favorite restaurants for sure and I'll definitely be going back. Would recommend strongly for anyone who wants fast food.

I let them know I use to formerly work at a wendys restaurant and asked how fresh their chicken was. I got the best breakfast as I remember since Wendys started! Thanks Jacob for speaking with me and being kind. Fresh, amazing and in my opinion Wendy's trumps all fast food breakfast 😋

One star is too kind for this specific establishment. Don't come here if you expect hot food, good and a helpful staff. It's like a hang out for anyone "working" and even those who aren't scheduled to work here messing around. Going behind the counter (which is unsanitary&& had their greasy hair flinging back and forth) and being loud and obnoxious.
Theres plenty of people "working" and only seen maybe 2 (grown adults) actually doing their job without screwing off.
I do not care to come back here. I would rather pay more money and go somewhere else. We couldn't enjoy our meal and honestly it didn't taste that great because of the environment.

Definitely a good Wendy's experience. Food came out super fast and was hot and fresh. If I'm craving wendys I'm making the drive to Preston to get it.

10+ min drive thru, cold food, no receipt, they don't answer the phone, lobby closed. No resolution to dissatisfied customers

I would give 5 stars bit they no longer carry awesome sauce and that was one of my favorite dipping sauce
