Preston Cafe

I came during mid day for the lunch special to go. I ordered the beef low mein which came with fried rice and a egg roll. Staff was very friendly and wait time was less than 10 minutes. Food was very good and plentiful for a little over $6. Was surprised on how much came in the dish! Overall, a great experience and would recommend for a cheap and plentiful lunch.

I order sweet n sour chicken it was nasty af I throw it away it was so sweet it was ridiculous! I tasted sweet n sour before but not like this. So I call the restaurant and the person that picked up the phone was nice and polite but THE OWNER talked to me really rudely and said it's not his problem and he doesnt care to fix it! I asked if I could order something half price or if he could do anything to fix this he responded with no and I worked at a restaurants and I know customer's always right ! But they lost a customer!

Received a menu from China Cafe that stated they deliver (with a minimum charge). Went to their website to place an online order to just to receive a "no delivery service to your address" message. I understand delivery is only offered within a certain radius, if my address wasn't included then the menu shouldn't have been mailed to me.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Manager is very rude. Delivered food very late, forgot the drinks altogether. Eggrolls were cold and soggy, the rice tasted old and was cold. When I told the manager, he argued over the phone, told me no one would deliver hot food in place of the cold food after picking up the uneaten cold food. Then said my $24 would not be refunded for 5 to 7 work days. Very rude and nasty staff including manager. Will never patronize this horrible, dirty place again.

The food was always great. Was our favorite spot to order from. Always ordered online through beyond menu. Always tipped good. We had the beyond menu company call us to verify card info because I changed it from my husband's phone# to mine and my name instead of his name. It was his name on the card. I told them I would rather call and place the order with china cafe instead verifing card info on the phone. That's what I did. They even said yep no problem the payment has gone through at china cafe. Then they call us back to say they will have to reverse our payment and unless we pay them cash they won't let us order from them. Accused us of trying to get free food. Even though the money was already out of our account and they had confirmed it went through. Nothing like being accused of being a thief by you favorite place! That you have ordered from over 12 times in the last year alone. Now we have to still figure out dinner and have to wait for the money that was taken out of our account to come back. First off we don't have a baby. Second we never disputed a payment EVER! Like I said we always liked the food. So we never had a reason to do that. Third that was the very first time I had ever used my name. That was the very first time we had placed an order with this address because we had moved. So I'm sorry you got us confused with customers who previously lived at our new address. You were very rude! Nothing you said was nice or understanding. You chose to not listen or believe good customers and now you have lost them.
