The Cupcake Queens

Tried 3 flavours at this outlet and they were all great. They have a central kitchen that does all their baking and delivers fresh cupcakes to each outlet daily so consistency is always there. The attendants were friendly and helpful too. However, the tables and seats were dirty and sticky. The cleanliness and hygiene need to be addressed because if the eating area is not cleaned properly, what else isn’t. When closing up we noticed that the chairs were placed upside-down on the tables which had viable cake crumbs on them. Unacceptable practices.

Earlier on the day before our ice cream we indulged in a cupcake each. Plus I bought a box to take home to family. The gorgeous pink box feels something like a Brunetti Box but somehow better. Inside was a half dozen great cupcakes. A variety of flavours. Alas, they didn’t quite make the journey home in good condition due to braking hard at s set of lights - alas no pic of my expensive treat. Don’t worry, the taste was still good and my kids enjoyed them no matter how they looked. Also grabbed a coffee ‘to go’ which was not too bad either. Wouldn’t mind trying one of their rainbow lattes next time. Staff were so lovely and helped me make a choice as well as serve my friends. Note: wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at Northland.

Every saturday i used to buy coffee from this place but seems like they are keep hiring juniors who have no idea how to make coffee.. their coffee tastes more disguisting every time. I asked for a flat white and she makes a half froth coffee, it was bitter and all i tastes was froth with cold milk.. not happy, will not buy again.

Chadstone and Northland store are so helpful in ordering cupcakes for a special occasion. There is a wide range of selection .Presentation is gorgeous. While your there ,order a coffee and toastie. Very nice .( Northland store ) l give my rating 5out 5 ,for the staff and service.Thank you .Your loyalty card is rewarding.

UPDATE So sad to hear TJ is no longer at this store. She's been sadly missed by us! ❤️ She was amazing!! Been a regular customer and I keep going back because the service is superb staff are very courteous and friendly, make a great coffee and cupcakes..TJ manages the store and is a great operator who goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied!
