Crispy Cod & Greek Delight

I hear reliably that this take away is top notch, judging by the other reviews, but the night I went was a sorry affair. Admittedly It was quite late (11:30pm) & basically there wasn't much of anything, in fact they were locking-up so I ended up with tepid sausage & chips which wasn't up to any standard really, hence the four****rating, the actual main menu consists of mouth watering home cooked authentic Greek dishes, including souvlaki, kebabs of every description, gyros pitta, salads & all things Greek, plus a smattering of English fayre. otherwise it would have been five*****. (take away only)!

Absolutely delicious food! You can hardly find such a genuine flavour which is like homemade food. I loved the french fries because they are not pre-cooked or frozen but fresh, peeled and cut by hand. The portion of both the fish and the gyros is massive and the cleanliness at a very high standard. The staff is friendly, eager to treat you as a guest and not as another customer. I am afraid that I cannot recommend this store highly enough! One of my favourite places in Manchester for real food!
