I absolutely love this place. Such a happy atmosphere and all the stall are so helpful and to top it off there is a lovely cafe with seating in amongst the plants. the Farmers and Makers Fayre is also well worth a visit.
Amazing plants, very knowledgeable and helpful staff and a lovely coffee shop. Feeling so relaxed having coffee around the plants, just like sitting in your own garden!
Just love it! My fave place to breathe, soak up the plants, find something unusual in the gift shop and sip a coffee.

Lovely coffee shop with some excellent things for home and garden in the shop too. Very friendly welcome and delicious cheese straws, plus they sell my favourite Cocoa Loco chocolate and close to home - what more could we ask for?!
Fantastic healthy plants and trees with easy to understand plant labels. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Lovely cafe. Dog friendly. I shall definitely return.

Have bought from the original nursery at Nuthurst over the years having lived just along the road from them back in the 80's.
It was evident then that they were something special and it seems they have gone from strength to strength over the years.
We met with many garden designers before we found Architectural Plants. We're so glad that we waited for the right fit! Our end to end experience was excellent. From our visits to their beautiful nursery, to working with the design/installation team, and even resolving a few challenges - everything was top notch. We had an unsightly gap along our north facing fence that needed filling, so after making an appointment and talking to Sarah about what we wanted, she helped us find the perfect plant. She was considerate to our specification, recommended and showed us a variety of suitable plants, and could answer all our questions. Also wanting delivery and planting, we thought we were in for a bit of a wait, however the delivery team contacted me for a much closer delivery and planting date, which I was very happy about. The chaps that came out and planted our new Eriobotrya Japonica were super professional, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. An all around great service by all we dealt with. We’ll defiantly be back!
This is a nursery unlike any other I've seen, around every corner you'll see another plant to make you go, "wow". There are pricepoints to suit all budgets but you will need to save up your pennies for the big impressive statement pieces. They have a very useful traffic light system for hardiness and provide a lot of information about the plants for sale.
The café is very cosy inside and although it is too chilly now to use the outside seating (despite the warm blankets provided) it's clear to see it would be a lovely spot to enjoy in the summer.
There were two unisex toilets of a decent size in case you're caught short.
The service I received by Sophie was short of amazing. Not only was she able to answer my queries about a Pinus Mugo I was looking to source. I was provided with options and images, plus she kindly resent it all when my WhatsApp timed message setting stupidly deleted them. The service was amazing and I was very impressed given this was the first time I had contacted them.
Visited AP yesterday for the first time and was extremely impressed. Great range of plants and a knowledgeable and attentive team . I estimate being looked after by 6 of the team yesterday and was at the nursery for 2 hours but could have spent longer. Still forgot a couple of plants . Will definitely be back. Great Nursery, great team and enjoyed the coffee. Well done AP .

I bought a tree last summer which was sadly caught by the frost. I got back in touch with Architectural Plants who very kindly replaced it for me. A big thanks to Sophie and the team. We will be back for sure!
The Architectural Plant nursery is simply amazing. Plants of every different type, size and origin, sourced, grown and nurtured by knowledgeable and helpful people. Full marks particularly to garden designer Amy who skillfully planned the ideal planting solution for a rather neglected area of our garden and then arranged for one of her friendly efficient teams to come along and save us the job of planting everything! Couldn't recommend these people more highly.
Great experience with AP. Such a stunning range of plants (I could spend hours just wondering the nursery) and the whole team there were so helpful and knowledgeable. We got a wonderful Chusan Palm tree which is now a centre piece of our garden. Thanks AP!
Visiting AP is a fantastic experience. I know of no other facility that can provide me with anything I need for my garden from a small bush to a huge palm tree, all supported by great people with excellent knowledge and advice. You have to visit and enjoy the experience. Hats off to Guy and the team....well done.
