I visit this branch regularly and it is one of my favourites. Mainly due to the super welcoming and friendly staff who always have a smile for their customers.
The branch is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

This is a great place for a pitstop while charity shopping down the high street. It has been refurbished and now it is a much more pleasant place. Often, machinery and or facilities are broken but its still a solid place for a drink. It’s a Costa, its good.

I only ordered drinks for takeaway, but friendly competent staff. There was a lad in there, early 20's probably. His first day, but was chatty and eager to learn. His supervisor was like an octopus and by this I mean she seemed to have 8 arms and hands, whilst also trying to teach. Definitely go aga

Jasmine is superb in customer relations - had a minor issue with being shorted in my takeaway coffee. She resolved it by asking me to come back the next day for a refill. Great standard costa coffee
They have the most comfy sofas ever in here! Plus, the WiFi actually works. Lovely friendly staff, everyone was working hard. They were in the middle of dealing with an emergency when we arrived, but they were all calm and professional, and weren't discussing it together.
