From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful, it was my sister-in- laws 70th birthday & they dealt with her birthday cake for us. Also the meals were lovely.

I have been to five bridges a lot of the past couple of years as I am local, and today’s visit has been the best visit we’ve ever had. We had the carvery and the selection of vegetables and meat was amazing and the food was cooked really nice. The five bridges has had a change and it is most definitely an improvement ☺️

It's a pleasant place to go and ha e a nice meal. The staff are always very helpful and friendly too. We regularly visit here as we find the food delicious, especially the Sunday carvery. It can get quite busy but we have always been accommodated no problem. Looking forward to our next visit

The service and food was really good, was just disappointed to be told they were closing up at 10pm so had to leave. We had to call for our lift walking up the road as we felt obliged to leave, it was cold as we had no coats with us and of course dark so felt a bit vulnerable. Other than that the meal was enjoyable and swift service. Your closing hours when googled state 11pm so maybe this should be updated.

Hannah was brilliant, friendly with our children, excellent customer service skills. We will be back because of her. I hope she is a managerial position as she shows all the characteristics of being brilliant with customers and able to lead.

I visited your establishment for the first time, three of us had the carvery which was lovely. The meat was tender and tasty the roast potatoes were delicious and the vegetables were very well cooked. My son had the buttermilk chicken goujons for starters which he said were 10/10 and a southern fried chicken burger and fries for main which he said was delicious. Prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely be back.

The whole meal was amazing, We had the Carvery and the meat was so tender , the veg was cooked to perfection (our favourite being the honey glazed carrots). Quick service. The chef dishing up the meat was friendly and you got a good amount as well. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Amazing.

Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Our cutlery and glasses where rather clean which is good to see, the overall layout is visually pleasing, yet simple enough to navigate with ease, and the environment was very relaxed and down to earth, with friendly staff and well balanced music! The food we ordered was for the most part exceptional, of which being the hunters chicken (£8.25), which was quite possibly the best balance of flavours I've experienced in a while, the sausage and mash (£8.25) which was a good portion size with a slight exclusion of the mash, which was a bit small, but the sausages where nice and tender with no fat or grissle, and the cowboy burger (£11), which had a nice size and flavour, while being pretty juicy with a good portion of fries! The deserts (both the tart and crownie served with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce) we ordered where the chocolate praline tart (£5), which was a nice smooth, yet nutty texture and flavour, the chocolate crownie (£5.75) which was basically a chocolate lava cake with a cookie dough crust, which was served nice and warm, being creamy and sweet, but not overwhelming. The only thing that was a small flaw was the wait of about 40 minutes, but in the end it was all worthwhile for the very fairly priced, filling meal, aswell as the friendly staff and overall clean environment! Overall I'd rate this experience a 4.6/5 and highly recommended, as we will definitely be returning!
