I've always had really good luck at this Taco Bell. Based on the other reviews I've never set my expectations high but I've (accidentally) become a regular there and I've only ever had something missing from my order once. The service has always been extremely fast and everyone's been friendly to me. Maybe I'm just going at the right time of day (around lunch time on weekdays) but I always enjoy this place.

Showed up at 12 am to order through drive through. Excited to grab a late night snack. Website clearly states open til 1am. Fix your website so people are not wasting their gas traveling to your establishment. Unacceptable. SMDH!

I just came from there. It’s 12:32 AM and I waited in line for 20 min. Two people were arguing over the intercom as I was waiting. It went silent and nobody took my order. When I pulled up to the window there was a lady in a bright pink jacket sweeping and mopping and then she attempted to hide from us while we sat at the window. everything was off. So unprofessional and unacceptable to have no communication from staff about early closing. Will not return.

Only TacoBell in the area open this late. Arrived to a long drive thru line that extended out to main road. Waited for about 20 mins just to hear the person ahead of me get cut off by the drive thru employee who quickly pushes them off ignoring anything they say about how long they waiting in line.
The person head of me was also getting KFC which is adjacent and sharing the same building with TacoBell. I asked, Is the “TacoBell also closed?” and I had no response. Once I asked again to clarify I just go a, “We closed”.
Understandably, with short staffing issues around the U.S., I understand this could be the issue at hand in many establishments but the main issue is that it wasn’t communicated in a professionally.
Would highly suggest a group training session for customer service and just how to speak nicely in general to another human.

Granted, it's taco bell, so the food slaps. Service isn't great though. I usually go in because I don't like ice in my drink and they always put it in in the drive thru, despite asking. Just went with my friend and she got the quesadilla combo, but they didn't put in the hard taco.

It's a KFC & Taco Bell combined into a small hub. Avoid the lobby, because order priority is given to the one-thousand dollar feasts at the Drive-Thru. The prices are marked up 50% from the online menu.

I wish I could leave this location zero stars due to bad customer service rude employees and the lack of professional ethics. They never could get the order right and once you correct them they get mad by teeth sucking and rolling their eyes. To top it off you have to beg for the receipt and the remaining change.
They love shortening people of their money.

Went through the Drive-Thru it went pretty quick considering I was out on the street when I got there. Very Friendly Staff, definitely we'll be back.
