There is a gentlemen who works front of house here in this McDonald's called Steve and his customer service skills were excellent. He seemed like a lovely genuine guy and was lovely to speak too. I'm sure his colleagues think the same about him. Thank you Steve! 😁

Steven today was great with the kids and also went the extra mile to make sure that every had balloons and the colours they wanted ever when it was busy. Thank you

Usually good. Half time milkshake machine isn’t on/ working. Asks for no pickles.. get extra pickles instead

Just finished work in the kitchen at a busy pub and I know how difficult it is at this time of year in any hospitality business. I've just come across a really lovely young lad at window 2, absolutely amazing customer service. So so polite and wished us a merry Christmas and was asking if we had a good day. Honestly amazing 👏
