We ordered a quesedilla for our children to share, a steak and pulled pork burrito. The food was amazing however, more than that the staff were so accomodating, polite and friendly. Tasty food. We will be back :)

I visited Acapulco Cantina late on a Thursday afternoon and had a really tasty chicken burrito. I had wanted to order some tacos but they were sold out, but that was my fault for getting there too late. This place is popular because of the wonderful food and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced and tasty, it's an excellent addition to the food court at the market and I'll definitely be back for more.

Acapulco, Radcliffe Market Hall Menu simple but perfectly formed, staff friendly and helpful and food delicious. Get to Radcliffe Market Hall and see Rose do her Mexican thing on a Friday/ Saturday evening, you won't regret it :)

My partner and I visited the food stall last night for the first time. In fact, it was the first time we had visited the market. We were greeted by friendly staff at the stall and given information on where to sit and what mexican food was available (full menu). The beef quesadilla was very tasty and spicy. The chilli con carne was tasty but my partner likes really spicy food so the ccc could have had an option of adding extra spices. We received complimentary breaded jalapeño poppers, which tasted fantastic. I also got a freebie....a small cheeky beef enchilada🥲 If you want a mexican and don't want to go into town or shopping centre then try this independent in Ratcliffe Market 👍

On Tuesday we made our first visit to Bolton Market. Waked around the stalls and stumbled(that was before we had a couple a drinks at the bar opposite Acapulco ) Acapulco Cantina, what a great find, excellent food, service and affordable. The Hub which has been created around Acapulco was unique with lots of stalls all complimenting each other, which created a friendly meeting point. We take our Mexican hats off to Rose who provided excellent food tailored made to spicy or not too spicy requirements. We will definitely visit again soon. Sheila and Phil

04/08/22: We loved our Enchiladas! Grilled & wrapped 10" flour tortilla , loaded with cheese, pico de gallo, pepper & onions, mexican rice, sour cream, refried beans, jalapeños and lettuce, topped with Mexican sauce

Can't believe I only just discovered this place! Full range of Mexican dishes - we had the burritos (veg and chicken), chilli and a few too many jalapeno poppers. All were really tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. :o)

Fantastic little stall, the owner clearly has a lot of pride in her food and delivers a cheerful service. Had a very tasty beef quesadilla, and we shared the muchos nachos which came nicely dressed with a lovely cheese sauce. Very tasty food washed down with a refreshing berry smoothie. The wooden seating and benches on the court are very welcoming and seat a lot of people, there's a great atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves and many people sharing tables. This is a great little place to stop off for a bite to eat and a drink and we'll be going there more often.

Great little place on Radcliffe Market. It's really nice to have a Mexican offering locally. Got lazy now and have started having it delivered. Vegetable Burrito is particularly good.

My wife and I popped in the market hall for the first time in Saturday night for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. There was an Abba Tribute duo singing live and there was a real friendly family atmosphere. Drinks were refreshing and reasonably priced, but the food we had from Acapulco Cantina was delicious! We had the chilli con Carne specials, which came with rice, lovely fresh salad, and nachos with cheese sauce. The chilli was packed with fresh good quality beef mince and was very tasty. Best meal out we've both had in a while, and the prices are great too! Can't recommend Acapulco Cantina enough. Staff very friendly and attentive. A hidden gem.

Jewel in the crown. I recently stumbled across Acapulco whilst visiting Bolton market i say stumble but you can’t miss its location right in front of the dining area conveniently situated near the bar. The vivid colours of this Mexican diner immediately draw you in as does the welcoming smile of the owner. Not being an expert in Mexican food but being an expert in eating I asked for recommendations. As a starter I had nachos piled with melted cheese, chilles as hot as you like and salsa. I then grabbed a craft beer from the beer stall to enhance the Mexican experience starter was delicious so I needed more. She talked me through the menu and everything seemed very reasonably priced £5 or less I settled on a chicken tortilla with salad salsa chilles and a Mexican sauce all hot and delicious. The food was great service with a smile and most diners sat around me seemed to be lost in Acapulco. Maybe not the jewel in the crown maybe the salsa in the market. Time for another beer i think 🤔

My friend and I visited Acapulco Cantina in Boltons Food Court on my birthday sharing the Nachos Muchos twice and the Vegetarian Burrito followed quickly with the Chicken Burrito that way we got more variety. I really like my food and found this very tasty and will be returning to this hidden Gem. Thank you Acapulco Cantina, will see you soon to try you Quesadillas and the Tacos.

Acapulco's overall authetic Mexican feel is signposted by it's colourful stall sign which stands out out like an beacon within a very friendly, communal area of the Bolton indoor market.... we loved the whole experience of the lively hustling square of real ale bars and food stalls, with comfortable spacious wood bench seating, as market visitors were entertained by a wonderfully warmly welcoming, eccentric and very funny Cameroonian curry stall owner. Acapulco has been lauded locally for its offerings and value in the range of enchiladas burritos etc. since opening only last week. The friendly helpful owner/trader served up some very tasty tacos and a cheese sauce dip to accompany the mouthwateringly presented tacos and wraps... the menus offers beef chicken and veggie options, with spicy as you like sauces, salad, chillis and refried beans. All washed down with a freshly made berry smoothie. It was too tasty and I over-ate.... but I probably will do the same next time (!), and will certainly be trying the Cameroon jerk sea bream or salmon from the stall just around the corner at some point.
