The delivery used to be really inconsistent but it has improved massively in recent months, at least in my experience. The quality of the food has been consistently good, not hit and miss like some other local takeaways I've tried. Allow an hour at least for deliveries and you won't go far wrong.

Very nice food at very reasonable prices, particularly good for when you have a hankering for some curry but haven't got any time to cook. Only bad point is that deliveries are a bit random - sometimes they're very quick and sometimes it'll take more than an hour to arrive here (and I live 60 seconds away from the shop by car).

My favourite place to order from. Food is alway great but the only issue I have is the waiting time. They say 20 minutes for a collection but it's always longer.

Absolutely terrible service I must say. Ordered food for delivery at 5:40 which turned up at 7 when I was told that it would be only half an hour, called up twice and was told it just left the shop when it should of only taking 10 minutes to be delivered which I waited another 30 minutes, the driver was polite, I opened my food up to find I had the wrong rice, the food was really off and considering I paid £15 pound for the meal i can honestly say it was not worth the money, would not recommend.

If I could rate less I would. Ordered food at 6.30 it's now 9.45 and still no food. Phoned at 8 as order was supposed to be here at 19.40 and it hasn't left phoned at 9 and it was with driver its now 9.45 and still no food. Refund from just eat. Avoid at all costs

Disgusting food, awful customer service. Over a hour and half late on delivery. Offered free side dish in compensation..... as if we would return..... will never use Again and would go as far as saying I will be advising all my friends to never eat here either.

Absolutely disgusting all round! Waited an hour for them to then bring us someone else’s order. They then picked that up & we waited another hour for them to bring us our order SWIMMING in the bottom of a Sainsbury’s carrier bag all tipped out in the bottom. Rang to complain and they were absolutely vile, unwilling to help & unwilling to compensate and all they would do is bring us another order that would take another hour. Appalling and will never use again. This is the second time we have had a bad experience.

Last time we use this bunch. They have been late on orders before but we gave them another chance on Mother's Day. Made an order from Just Eat and when it arrived slightly late part of the order was missing. I rang them and they didn't seem fussed that they forgot part of the order and hadn't seemed like they had even cooked it at all. My family was sat round the table with my wife unable to eat on Mother's Day, thanks for the last time.

Good food, but delivery is absolutely ridiculous order from them every week and getting sick of waiting an hour and half or longer for delivery when only live 5 minutes up the hill what a joke!!!! think I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Rice and spice Radstock- what a waste of time. Placed order for delivery at 6.48pm, was told about an hour, after a phone call at 8.20pm I was told it was with the delivery driver and on its way, second phone call made at 8.45pm to be told that when I spoke to them 25 mins before there delivery driver wasn’t even there but this time he was and he had left with our food so would be with us very shortly. He arrived at 9.06pm and wasn’t very impressed when I told him to take it back after waiting over 2 hours!

Delivery is ridiculous. It doesn't take over an hour to cook and deliver food on a sunday to somewhere so close.
