Never been here before, visited today as one of my sisters favourite places to eat. Staff were really lovely food was amazing and good value too, only downside chairs were a bit grubby and need replacing but its not a big issue. Thanks we will be back 👍🏻

Had a lovely lunch at the Albion today. The prices are very reasonable. I had half rack of ribs they were very tender. The staff were very polite and helpful. The drinks were cheaper than most places. They have a garden out the back. Overall experience enjoyable.

The Albion is a quaint little country pub down near Rainham Essex They serve good food here the service is good and it's a place for couples nice country surroundings would defiantly recommend this place was not busy either

Went for my sons birthday and was disappointed. BBQ chicken wings were very tasty and big !! children's meals were very bad overcooked pasta that had gone to mush which my boys would not eat. I ordered a burger with NO burger sauce and guess what got a burger smothered in burger sauce but the most disappointing thing was my son whose birthday it was ordered a xl mixed grill asking for his steak to be cooked medium, it was well done, we asked for this to be changed and the waiter was lovely and did so but then he received a raw steak !! to be changed again but the next piece was also raw (not rare), he gave up at that stage and left his whole meal. But on the plus point the desserts were delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Worst meal we have ever experienced.. Will never bother coming back! Ordered mixed grill, the sausage had been heated in a microwave and was rock solid! The gammon was like rubber and the steak was just cooked fat! The food was stone cold! We also ordered a burger that was luke warm and a steak that we wanted well done but it arrived in a pool of blood! We ordered corn on the cob, 4 peices arrived they was cold we sent them back they then bought out only 2 bits that had been reheated so much they had turned brown! We obviously didnt eat the meal and we asked for the manager, he come to the table and asked what the problem was we told him and he said he would be right back.. 15 minutes later a girl from behind the bar walked over and said ive come to deal with the problem as the manager is dealing with another issue at the bar.. He basically didnt have the balls to come back and confront the issue! We was then told that because we had eaten some of the food they couldnt refund us they could only give us free desserts! To which we ordered to which we couldnt have because it was a 'challenge'! Why all this was going on we had front row entertainment of the fight that was kicking off at the bar! The place is a joke and so are the staff.. Dont bother to waste your time or your money!

Went to the Albion yesterday evening, Had a lovely meal with my Mum and Dad, food came out quickly despite how busy it was, floor staff looked rushed off their feet but were still very attentive, freindly, and helpful, especially our waitress Shana who was very polite and made us feel very welcome, will definitely be back soon, highly recommend this place ��

Kids pizza resembled a Chicago Town microwave pizza. Two roast beef dinners meat was so cold it felt like it had come from the fridge. When it was sent back it was warmed in the microwave, no stuffing and both had gravey dispite requesting one without. The steak was very fatty with the waitress forgetting the difference between rare and well done. Bland and microwaved food.

First time here over the weekend. I felt for a Saturday there wasn't much staff behind bar poor bloke was running between doimg food orders and drinks. I then waited over half hour for my starter and nearly hour for main I no it was a weekend so things will be bit busier but felt was a tad too long. Also asked for sour cream with my breaded mushrooms which I got but only a tiny spoonful would of prefered bit more. Other than that I found it ok

Would give lower if I could. Took my mum out for a treat, firstly when we went to the bar we was met by a man who had clearly had enough. He was rude, didn’t listen to the order and took it down wrong, and continuously rolled his eyes. I am vegan and know this would not cater but as I said it was for my mum, so I was happy ordering plain nachos and chips. However what I got was my nachos covered in cheese, and my chips weren’t even put on the order! My mums chicken was dry aswell so not only did she have to ask where my chips were and be upset on my behalf but her dinner wasn’t even worth it. Would not come back.

After reading a post on facebook we were a bit wary of eating here. I have no idea what the problem was! Joe our waiter was great highly professional, great customer service just could not fault him. Went to albion 19th jan for a birthday celebration. There were about 18 of us and we had a great time. Service was brilliant. Staff were attentive, and friendly, food was hot and brought out together. Would like to say thank you to all the staff. Customer service goes a long way and i couldnt fault it.

To say I was disappointed was an understatement. The food was not great at all. Food arrived wrong and didn't all come out together and was cold. I have been feeling sick since. The toilets are disgusting and the staff really don't listen at all. I can honestly say I probably won't ever return. Shame really!!!!

We were at the Albion Rainham yesterday, meeting up with friends, having driven down from Frinton on sea, my husband had a steak that was cold, the tomatoe from the fridge, only the chips were hot, we were disappointed to say the least, as this has always been our meeting place, well never again sorry.!!!!!!!!!
