Seems to be the best Asian take away in Ramsey. Definitely popular particularly on a Monday night when most other restaurants are closed.

Much better than a while ago. Food was spiced nicely, freshly cooked and not greasy at all. We felt like prawns and had chow mein with large prawns. Delicious. Egg fried rice (ok) and king prawn egg Fu yung ( not bad). Prawn crackers a plenty and all for £15. Not disappointed so back again soon.
Love this place, food consistently good, never has a bad takeaway from these guys, friendly and reasonably priced too, always looks spotlessly clean, and i like that you can actually watch the guys cooking too. thank you keep up the good work.
Best Chinese in Ramsey. I'm Chinese ethnically and have tasted all takeaways in Ramsey to find the closest to authentic or home flavours. Most takeaways taste the same and caters to Western preferences but I found that the flavouring of cooking from the Mandarin is reminiscent of Fujian style that is common in Singapore. It has in my opinion the best crispy shredded chilli beef and I love that the crispy noodles comes with the ingredients in a thickened chinese style gravy sauce poured over it. That is very similar to a type of stir fried noodle dish I miss from Singapore. (& NOT Singapore noodles which does not exist and is totally a fake dish) Obviously I usually do my own cooking but when I need a takeway, Mandarin is the one.
I would just add if you had a bad experience, just let the owner know. I'd like to think any business owner would want to try to rectify a bad experience. Service in all Chinese takeaways has always been good for me so I cannot comment otherwise.
Good food, good service, our Chinese takeaway of choice in Ramsey. Downside is its cash only, but ATM not too far away, about a 2 minute walk.

The chicken fried rice and chips with curry sause was brilliant really enjoyed would defo recomend it
